Refund policy

Unfortunately I live in a small studio apartment running my small business , so I don't have any place to store inventory.

All orders & each product is made to order , i'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged - Please email idillconceptz@gmail.com with the following:

● ORDER #
● DETAILED PICTURE OF DAMAGE
● FULL PICTURE OF PRODUCT

Once I receive that info, I'll send a replacement your way as quickly as possible , or refund if needed.


Lost Orders

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

Before emailing idillconceptz@gmail.com about your lost order, please contact the carrier first, since it is out of my control.
